9 Week Photo Update

Hello My Fellow Followers and Supporters I took some photos. Today is 9wks since surgery. I have not loss any weight I'm still at 217lbs. I am not complaining because I'm grateful I didn't gain any weight. I really need to measure myself; I know for a fact I'm losing inches. I can tell by my Clothes. They are looking better and better. Well today, I've decided since I cannot fit any of my clothes. I really need to get rid of them. So I'm going to bag all of them up. It's just so hard to accept the fact that I'm not going to need them anymore. This is a big step. You would think anyone would be happy to get rid of them. I guess it's a mental thing. I'm so use of gaining weight and never losing. This is a change I have to realize that I need smaller clothing and for the 1st time in a very long time I don't need a larger size. Yeah!!!!!!!!! I now see why people say they still fill fat. I have those moment every now and then. It's like I get that I'm getting smaller. But, the moment don't last long. It's definitely a mental thing. I have a doctors appointment on Thursday for a follow up and maybe a 2nd fill. Well that's all for now. Please feel free to leave comments and share my blog with other friends. Have a bless day.
